What type of toothpaste do you use? If you are like most people, you probably have a favorite brand or flavor that you purchase each time and use often. While most toothpastes are made of similar ingredients, not all are the same and some are better than others. When you choose a toothpaste you probably pick the one you think dentists would recommend. What if your dentist recommended an unconventional type of toothpaste instead? If you knew it worked would you use it?

Oil pulling, essential oil rinses, sea salt and many other natural ingredients and techniques are recommended by many dentists as a way to keep teeth clean in addition to or in place of brushing. Would you replace your toothpaste with something natural?
