Snoring is a frustrating problem that many people suffer from. Not only is snoring annoying to those who sleep with or near you, it could also be bad for your health. A recent study shows that snoring and sleep apnea could lead to early braid disorders.
According to the study, people who snore are much more likely to develop memory and thinking problems at younger ages than those who do not snore and who sleep better. The study was conducted by researchers at the New York University’s Center for Cognitive Neurology.
Lead researcher Dr. Ricardo Osorio claims that treating snoring and sleep apnea may be able to prevent early brain disorders, but it may help delay them. He also insisted that the study only proves that their is a connection between sleep apnea and snoring to brain disorders, but does not prove that these problems cause the disorders.
