Developers have announced that five new restaurants will soon be built at the Village at Knapp’s Crossing. There are currently two restaurants, P.F. Chang’s and D&W Fresh Market, in the area, but the demand for more restaurants is high and Dave’s, Bravo Cucina Italiana, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, Pieology and Potbelly Sandwich Works will soon be accompanying them. There will also be a new PNC bank and a Rx Optical built nearby.
These new restaurants and businesses will not only give currently customers more options. they will hopefully attract new customers as well. The area is very popular and developer were able to find eager businesses easily. “It’s like an untapped vein of oil,” Brochert said. “It’s in the best area of Grand Rapids. We have an excellent daytime population and well as household income.”
