It’s been almost five years since James Taylor has performed in Grand Rapids, but he will be back in town with his All- Star Band on July 14, 2015. Taylor will perform at the Van Andel Arena at 8 p.m. Tickets for the concert are already on sale and can be purchased online via Ticketmaster.
Taylor is famous for performing such hits as “Fire and Rain” and “How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You).” In June he will release a new album titled “Before This World.” His last album was released 13 years ago. Taylor and his band have been on tour and performing at various venues. Grand Rapids anxiously await his return.
When Taylor last performed in Grand Rapids, his son Ben accompanied him. The concert sold out the DeVos Performance Hall. His July performance is likely to do the same. Tickets are $92.50 and $67.50 and will go fast.
