When it comes to tracking down criminals, police and investigators will use any evidence possible to find out more about the criminal and ultimately put him or her behind bars. While blood can be tested for DNA, if the DNA is not in the system, it can still be difficult to connect a person to a crime or to know what the person looks like.

A new study shows that teeth can be used to learn more about a criminal, particularly his or her age. Knowing a criminals age can make it easier to spot them and ultimately ensure that they pay for the their crime.
