Recently, I have been honored and privileged to receive (once again) the gift of Dr. Jerry Mulder’s care and loving attention. I have known and admired this amazing dentist for many years. Professionally, Dr. Mulder is an extraordinary practitioner of dental science. He has impressive competence in his field and he regularly enhances his abilities by learning new and innovative skills and technology in his areas of expertise.
Personally, Dr. Mulder is gentle and kind and always seeks to find the very best way to help every patient in his office.
Dr. Mulder’s daughter who practices with him one day each week is the lovely and warm Dr. Allyson Mulder. She is also an accomplished dentist and has a Doctorate of Dental Medicine and extensive postgraduate training.
The day that Dr. Allyson treated me is also the same day I met her special companion, Bernese Mountain dog Oliver who sauntered into the dental area and settled himself on the floor right next to my chair to offer his unique caring and compassion. Oliver, by the way, has a similar counterpart also on special assignment in the Mulder office…Dr. Jerry’s elegant black mini poodle, Winston.
It is so obvious that Dr. Mulder loves his work and is dedicated to his dental practice. He has surrounded himself with an office staff that exudes beautiful, positive energy. Becoming part of the Mulder “family” is a life enhancing experience.
As a patient, I received assistance that was so very thoughtful from his office manager Stacie, patient and reassuring attention from dental assistant Jen and deep compassion and sensitivity from dental assistant Amanda.
Dr. Mulder’s treatment coordinator Reka went to great lengths to help me with financial questions in a very gentle and caring way. I had a very personal experience with dental hygienist Vanessa and loved always being greeted so warmly by his patient concierge Ann. I was also delighted to connect once again with one of his longtime employees, Judy, who has encouraged and supported me through my many visits to the office over the years.
I find it incredible that EVERY person in this office is so personally caring.
On the Hallmark channel the character of Cassie Nightingale is a mysterious enchantress and popular protagonist. She is celebrated in every one of her movies for having the most beautiful heart and for being so very wise and intuitive. In her everyday life Cassie practices the “magic” of knowing how and when to encourage others along their path. One of her most powerful and encouraging beliefs is that there are gifts everywhere if you’re ready to receive them.
The staff of Mulder Family Dentistry and the delightful Oliver and Winston have truly been a gift in my life. And if you are “ready to receive” it, please know that this beautiful GIFT, this oasis of caring and support, is available for you, too.
